    everything and lock up everyone. To me, that's where it has to begin. (Then there's "If you can't do the time, don't do the crime - but that's for you and yours - the stuff I do, that's different")

    There can be no protection locally if we're content to ignore the fact that there are no controls globally.

    •  It begins with repeal of all drug laws involving (0+ / 0-)

      personal use and possession. Diversion programs to replace jail and incarceration for more serious drug crimes.  Rehab in critical cases.

      New York is closing prisons now two years after the repeal of the Rockerfeller drug laws.  Why can't the rest of the country get it?! Oh yeah, forgot because the cabal is making so much money off of keeping the prisons full...
