"They love the founding fathers so much they will destroy everything they created and remake it in Rush Limbaughs image." MinistryofTruth, 9/29/11

This is over the top even for him.  He didn't double down on 'White House dog' or most of the other nonsense the way he has on this.  And coming right on the heels of Santorum's crazy statements and the rising backlash it makes me wonder if he is ready to head to Prostitute Island permanently or if he is finally cracking up from all the pills.  This is crazy even by his standards.  He is shooting beyond the Beck-o-sphere.

Well, duh.  Not the act of saying crazy shit.  It is no secret he says crazy offensive shit ALL the time.  But he usually throws a bomb and then goes back to his hidey hole.  When I first heard this I thought 'oh, his ratings must be down again'.  That is his MO.  He stirs up shit to drum up ratings and then he goes back to the his daily nonsense.  Which is offensive, but not as offensive as whatever he said to gin up ratings. Coulter does the same thing.  But this time he is pushing it further than he usually does.  For whatever reason he is not going back into his hidey hole this time.

All the conservative talkers are saying the exact same thing, Sean Vannity is on board, even preachers on talk radio in NC

It's not out of the ordinary at all.  Everything Rush Limbaugh says is awful.  Everything.  That it is considered "normal" is pretty frightening.....that we have become so deadened to the disgusting way he says things concerns me.

I've been writing letters about this scumbag for almost 15 years now.  He's been on the air for a quarter of a century.  I hope this action we are all taking is working.

I have taken Ms. Fluke's testimony and sent it to everyone I know.....letting them know WHY she was there.  Not to get "free" birth control, but to put on the record that the Catholic bishops were LYING when they said BC for medical conditions is covered.  It's not.  And Fluke said so, with an example of it an everything.

THAT is why the rightwing is up in arms and not letting this go......that woman called the religiious leaders liars.  And after the pedophilia scandal, they aren't going to let that happen again.

Rush says this sort of thing all the time.

I think it's something else - like that it comes after such a public war on women.

For me, I've been disgusted by what's been going on the last few weeks, with Komen, the birth control stuff, the VA forced probing bill, etc....

BUT, for some reason, Rush's comments have caused me to just snap.

I'm fuming here. after all of this, seeing a guy who has many millions of people hanging on his every word try to use his microphone to destroy the name of a lowly student, just because she had the temerity to say that some of her friends had medical problems and needed their insurance to cover it.... the power disparity there... ugggh. I'm, so mad I can't see straight.
