The Clear Channel CEO who made that decision considers it part of his bragging rights - and he is the same man who heads Clear Channel media today. He needs to be reminded of that.

Hogan was back in the spotlight shortly after Janet Jackson's famous 2004 Super Bowl wardrobe malfunction. He announced a policy of "zero tolerance" for indecent programming, fired shock jock Bubba the Love Sponge and took Howard Stern off six Clear Channel stations. Hogan calls that "a turning point" for Clear Channel Radio. "We took a stand. We said that we're going to be responsible broadcasters."
