    and guess what, it's also been given its own little Halliburton loophole, being absolved from being labelled hazardous waste, which would require special handling. Instead, the low-level radioactive frack waste is being dumped into municipal landfills, and in some cases has been used in place of oil on rural roads to keep the dust down. This is in Pennsylvania.
