    I might think this could be challenged legally. To  have a government declare that false statements be made to it citizens- sounds like overreach. I just dont see this standing up

    i could be wrong though and that is the really scary thing in all of this

    then you have what are the penalties for a doctor that doesnt lie? I cant think of any law against  a citizen for telling the truth

      What goes on between a doctor and his/her patient is confidential, protected information, and is not privy to the likes of state legislators or school board presidents.

      Why do the least competent always glory in their own power and misuse what little trust has been afforded to them?
