Affect Judge Flanagan's temporary injunction?  I'm curious.

Thanks for the headsup, the Wheeler Report is a gem.

together for review by the Appeals Court.  Considering that Judge Niess' judgment goes to the heart of the WI Constitution and voters rights, this Appeals Court would probably certify the case directly to the Battlin' WI Supremes, who could stay the permanent injunction pending their decision.

The decision today not to issue an ex parte order merely signals that the Appeals Court will consider both parties responses before rendering their final decision.  They do not consider the April 3 election of drop dead importance to date or the cause of irreparable harm if voter's ID's were not required contrary to the views of DOJ.
