    I need to pull it out of the brine tonight or tomorrow morning. I suggested to Mrs. TVB that I cook the whole thing and use the leftovers for reubens later in the week. I didn't cook tonight as she is flying and I'm home alone. I'm glad for that as I've been a couch bunny sleeping all day. I would've been bummed if I had to cook it today since I feel so crappy.
