  •  A lot of War on Women bills introduced by women (4+ / 0-)

Granted, Rightwing women but still . . .

I first noticed it on the ultrasound bills in Virginia and Pennsylvania so I've made a point to check it whenever we're made aware of this outrageous bills. It's been disappointing to note that it's women introducing many of these bills. I've wondered if this is a strategy like "It's not the men. How can it be a War on Women when it's a woman who introduced it."

    •  The Virginia one is a wingnut whackadoodle (3+ / 0-)

who really needs to be sent back to private obscurity in the next election...which, unfortunately, won't be until 2015. (Screwy Virginia election timing!)

      If it's
      Not your body,
      Then it's
      Not your choice
      And it's
      None of your damn business!

    •  I will bet a lot of Republican women are (0+ / 0-)

      Evangelicals or very conservative Catholics.

Or maybe it is just because all I have met or worked with or known in my 56 years on earth have is all about being religion all the time with them and all about what their pastor says...what the men say and they need to follow their husbands who are the head of their home.
