in the beginning he did set up a scene
"this guy looks like he is up to no good" (setting the scene)
"he looks black"(why does he say that, instead of he IS black?)
"he is coming towards me" (setting up a scene where he can say he needs to defend himself)
"he got his hands in his sweat pants" (?) (trying to indicate he could have a gun in pant's pockets) "
    "something is wrong with him"
"he is coming to check me out"
(after the dispatcher didn't seem to be very impressed, he said saying just let me know if there is something else)

"these assholes they always get away" (in normal voice)

"fucking coons" (lowering his voice to a whisper)

That's what I would call a planned incident, with Zimmerman being frustrated that the dispatcher didn't seem to be very impressed and calm. He lowered his voice for the "fucking coons" slur, but spoke louder for "these assholes they always get away", which shows you clearly that he is frustrated that "someone he hates gets away" and that's not what he had in mind when he called for 911.  He wanted to hunt a fucking coon. That's it, plain and simple.
