    and it's very questionable.  These are police tactics.

    The 16 year old "driver of the vehicle" was released with no charges.

    Are we naive enough to believe the reports when a jury and judge found no grounds to charge the 16 year old?

    I'm not.

    It's difficult to be happy knowing so many suffer. We must unite.

      It was a grand jury, not a judge.
      The driver of the car, a juvenile whose name has not been released, was initially charged with aggravated assault on a peace officer and evading arrest or detention in a motor vehicle, but in September, a Travis County grand jury declined to approve the charges against him.
      There are many reasons that a grand jury might not file charges, ranging from jury nullification due to the publicity that this case has received to the police really not having a case.

      But that does not change my key point - that omitting this information is dishonest.
