    we were REDUCING it, that would possibly free up thousands if not millions of jobs for those in line.

      Simply lowering the age to qualify for Medicare would result in a dramatic increase in retirement and create job opportunities for a younger workforce.

      Hell, make it a Medicare "Buy in" program and you would still see folks rush to retirement - not to mention creation of new small businesses (folks not hanging onto despised jobs just to keep healthcare benefits), increased mobility (and increase in housing markets), oh - and better health outcomes.

      btw, (imo), Congress could lower the age of Medicare and/or create a Medicare Buy-in program through budget reconciliation (bypassing fillibuster rules in the Senate).

      Why isn't "Medicare For All" a rallying cry? (Only askin')
