    Them to a news reporter.  Much as we would like that not to be the case, it isn't.

    He DOES to a grand jury or judge, following the command of the lawful subpoenas which I assume are being issued even as we speak this morning following his (now multiple) assertions that Zimmerman made statements to Oliver about the circumstances surrounding Trayvon Martin's death in (now multiple) conversations that do not in any way, shape, or form, qualify for protection under any legal prviilege of any kind, be it attorney-client, pentinent-clergy, therapist-patient, spouse, you name it.

    If Zimmerman really does have a defense lawyer who has been retained to represent him -- it seems that Craig Sommer can't decide whether he is the lawyer or not), I have to assume that he or she was on the phone last night right after the MSNBC interview telling Joe Oliver that in no uncertain terms to STFU - because he is not helping his client's cause AT ALL.  And not just because Oliver has said some of the most ignant things I have ever heard out of the mouth of anyone, ever.
