    At least in the minds of those claiming to grasp the original intent of the framers.

    So, if I had to bet, I'd pick whatever analysis shows to be most supportive of the existing power relations. In this case, that looks like protecting the Insurance Companies above all else. So the mandate would be okayed.

    But to be sure, we'd first have to determine if Scalia and friends view Insurance Companies as a true part of the Natural and Permanent Aristocracy, or just parvenues.

    Oh, btw, has anyone noticed that Scalia is a complete lunatic?
