Dennis Kucinich could be relied upon, but his district's been gerrymandered out, so his voice will be silenced within a few months.

Anthony Weiner got caught being inappropriate because of his ego, so he was silenced.

Nancy Pelosi took impeachment off the table and resurrected the FISA fiasco '08 (and wasn't she one of the gang of four or eight or whatever who were notified about torture and kept silent?)..., all for which I will never forgive her.

Bernie Sanders is in DC, and he can be relied upon to tell the truth.  I hope, for all our sakes, that Bernie is wonderfully boring and faithful to his wife and all that.

Keith Olbermann once had forums with which to tell us the truth..., truths that we were thinking and writing here on DKos, but no one was saying during the Bushista years and beyond..., but it seems even previously "good Democrats" are into silencing him.

I'm really sick of this crap.

I never supported Obama because in '07 he refused to support impeachment of Dumbya and Dickie (as did the other 'frontrunner' candidates, which is why I couldn't support them, either), and he further did not endorse even the idea of investigating the lies and war crimes of the Bushistas.  I am from the John Nichols and Bruce Fein camp; they believed both Dumbya and Dickie should have been impeached.

If Obama had come and cleaned house instead of continuing the Bushista bull$h!t, perhaps morons like King and his brotherhood wouldn't be in their positions (one could hope; there really are too many low-info and willfully ignorant voters, and Moronic Media keeps 'em that way).

I'm sick of attempts to steer this nation from principles evolved in The Age of Reason to hallucinations derived from illiterate herdsmen. ~ Crashing Vor

...in a bluer district this year.

But yes, I agree with you. I'm sorry I donated any of my money to Obama. he certainly doesn't represent the things I believe in, like respect for the Bill of Rights, the Geneva Conventions and the UN Convention against torture.

Barack Obama: So morally bankrupt that he thinks people who tortured other people to death should get a pass. Likes to prosecute whistleblowers and pot smokers, though.
