    that not only includes full drive encryption on boot but supports passphrases and not just passwords (which is all native Windows AD supports as of Server 2003).  Being able to use a full sentence or two is much more secure than being limited to one word with no spaces.  Just watch out for rubber hose cryptanalysis attacks (i.e. torturing the password/passphrase out of someone) which are nearly impossible to defend against.

    There is no saving throw against stupid.

      Everyone has a sentence that comes from somewhere, that is completely memorable to them and they will never forget.

      All they have to do is remember whether they included capitalization and punctuation, to be able to retype it exactly each time.  

      "Minus two votes for the Democrat" equals "plus one vote for the Republican." Arithmetic doesn't care about your feelings.
