Yes, the wingnuts can cost PP a ton of money, but not enough to bankrupt it.

PP either has to spend for physical security (and keep its insurance rates lower) or spend for higher insurance rates (and gain no physical benefit).  What they really need are volunteers who can install locks, new doors, alarm systems, and so on, and that will keep down the costs.

That or post a member there every night with a shotgun and a cellphone, to look out for badguys and be able to hold them safely while calling the police.

BTW, we can cost the rightie-nuts a ton of money via nonviolent protests that clog up their offices and make their lives difficult.  Consider that.  If a place gets constant protest actions, the effect in terms of costs will be similar.

We can actually bankrupt small extremist rightie churches this way.  For example by trespassing in their parking lot and handing out flyers to their members or posting them on car windshields.  For example by Mic Checking the most viciously hateful preaching that goes on.  Sure it's rude as hell, but it's nonviolent and it will make life difficult for them and expensive to counteract.  The key is to do it in a manner that if they try to go on a big fundraising drive to counter the costs, will only make them look whiny & cheesy.

Turnabout is fair play, just as long as you follow the rules for Gray Ops: no violence, and nothing more illegal than peaceful sit-ins, nondestructive littering (styrofoam peanuts are a load of fun), or large anonymous data dumps.

"Minus two votes for the Democrat" equals "plus one vote for the Republican." Arithmetic doesn't care about your feelings.
