  •  Low Spark (9+ / 0-)

Heading for i-Tunes now.  (Curse you, Steve Jobs.)

I was at a Dave Mason concert a few years back on 4th of July, and he did quite a bit of Traffic.  Really a good concert.

Low Spark was always a Winwood tune, though, and Dave Mason wouldn't touch it even though a bunch of us were shouting for it.

We're resigned to our collective fate because we've been conditioned to believe that this is as good as it gets.

one of my all time favorites. Memories of high school.

    •  I like Dave Mason (and Winwood/Traffic) too (4+ / 0-)

I've got Dave Mason's 1970 "Alone Together" LP that I've since ripped from turntable to computer. Now you've got me listening once again to "Only You Know and I Know", "Shouldn't Have Took More Than You Gave", and "Look At You Look At Me"--such good music, don't know why it's been so long since I last listened to it.
