These are my questions about this blog:

John T. Chisholm, the District Attorney, is a state official.

Is the John Doe investigation a federal or state matter?  I live away.

Why would Walker see his personal attorney in the Federal Building?  This would be inappropriate for privileged communications and only seem likely if both were talking to a prosecutor.

This is after all an anonymous blog, which should be factored in before suspending disbelief entirely.  I know I do the same here, and it is an old practice.  It happened during Nixon's administration, Safire playing as Cato I believe; it happened with Callendar during Jefferson's career.

    Thanks, ForestLake

Our great State Attorney Republican General refused to participate in the John Doe.  Therefore, John Genius Chisolm brought in the FBI to assist.  Also makes me wonder if this investigation may not go beyond state boundaries.

DA Chisholms office is a few blocks away, so why would Walker be going to the Federal Building.

Senator Ron Johnson has his office here.....

Below is from the buildings website (bold mine):

The Milwaukee Federal Building and US Courthouse in Milwaukee, WI, provides offices for a number of Federal government agencies and courts, including the Immigration and Naturalization Service, the Secret Service, the Marshall Service, and several District and Bankruptcy Courts.
So, irregardless of what building Walker is in, why is he in Milwaukee today?
