    Maybe my brain works weirdly, but my initial interpretation of this phrase was that you used to be skinnier than you are now. I thought by "gravitationally challenged" you meant that because you weigh more now, you don't have as much trouble keeping your feet on the ground. That is to say, when you were skinnier you had to struggle to keep from sailing upward like a helium balloon, and now with more weight on your body it's no longer a problem.  

    In short, I thought you were just being whimsical about your weight gain. Perfectly reasonable interpretation, if you as me.

    And by the way, assuming it was intentional and not due to stress or illness, congrats on your weight loss!
