    that it is a religious belief of the company, and since they are people to, it would be a violation of their religious freedoms to make them provide healthcare to a trangender woman.

    If that does not work, then I am sure it is a violation of the religious beliefs of the head of the insurance company, and this is just one more violation of his/her religious freedoms.

    Just think, if the Blundt amendment passed, this would be legal.

    I am glad that the judge ruled the way he did, and that insurance coverage must be retroactive.  Only wish they could have got compensation for pain, suffering and the humiliation suffered.
