    The article in Mother Jones is sickening.  I really didn't know working conditions like that existed in the richest country in the world - or wouldn't have known except for lightbulb's diaries.  The article is about the same kind of places.  The actual place is not identified, but sounds like Amazon.  I never thought of them as evil before.  

    She describes a new employee who's wife had a baby during his first week of employment and he stayed with her that day.  That's automatic firing, plus whatever hours you worked are paid at minimum wage instead of what you signed up for.  

    I never in my life worked in places that cared so little about their employees.  Guess I lucked out.

    Here's an idea: how about the people run the government and the corporations can line up for whatever we leave for them.
