  •  Congratulations! (12+ / 0-)

    You're a great inspiration.

I recently hit the 110 pounds lost mark -- and promptly got hit by a car while riding my bike to work.  Fractured ankle and torn tendons in my knee.  I was lucky to get off that easy, but I'm going to have to work really hard not to gain weight while recovering.

Keep us posted on your tri-training!

there are loads of things you can do that will still allow you to get in some cardio (assuming your cast/ankle can get wet).  Even if you don't move your feet and legs, your arms can do the big work.  And don't forget strength training the upper body can keep the metabolism up.
