  •  Does this mean that a corgi's memory is (6+ / 0-)

like an elephant's?  Remembering the shots and probes ?
My corgi, Diesel, is beloved at the vet's and make himself right at home if not kept on a tight leash.  Everyone gets kisses and every nook and cranny gets sniffed.  I hope he never remembers his "surgery".  : )

    •  Well, Scooter had a very good memory (5+ / 0-)

of the vet visits. Everyone loved her, and she tried very hard to love them back (with an anxious Corgi smile), but fear overtook trust, I guess.

She knew when we were going to the vet's. She would shed like crazy. I joked once, when the vet said she could stand to lose a pound or two, that I should bring her in more often. I think she lost at least a half a pound from nervous shedding!
