  •  It's not a matter of owing her anything. (0+ / 0-)

But it wasn't necessary for everyone to jump all over her either. In my opinion, what she said was accurate. I don't believe that raising children is work. I didn't have five. I only had one. But I had to take care of all the household duties which I'm sure Ann Romney didn't. I never considered the time I spent with my daughter as work.

Neither the Obama campaign nor the DNC had to respond. They chose to respond, as they were getting smeared with something another Dem said. That's all the Romney people have. Negative crap. I guess this is only the beginning of what Gingrich has been complaining about. Romney is a shit-slinger.

when he didn't have enough money on hand to respond to the Swift Boat attacks right away.  The Obama campaign and the Dems had to separate themselves from her as quickly as possible.

It doesn't matter in the slightest that what Rosen said is accurate.  The Republicans are managing, so far, to turn Ann Romney into an icon and the Dems, imo, cannot give the slightest suggestion they're attacking her.  Esp. when can go after so much else in the Romney campaign.

That, of course, is not fair.  But, as they say, politics ain't beanbag.
