    at least to education - school districts who want to lay off teachers, and I think many to most of them will have to, have to send out preliminary lay-off notices by May, I think.  I hope the timing of that will be a help.

    Walker, your pink slip is coming, unless the orange jumpsuit gets you first.

      His argument is always that the districts making cuts has existing agreements with unions. Honestly, he's used them as a contrast against other districts that have didn't have to lay anyone off. It's been an interesting effect honestly. Milwaukee is a great example. It can help convince in-district voters that Walker isn't best.
