  •  I'd suggest everyone.. (4.00)
especially those in CO call and thank him because FOF is persistent and organized and you can bet your  ass that they're sending out marching orders for their little army to start targeting Salazar.

      •  That does seem to be their (none)
way of dealing with things.  Judges rule against you? Death threats! Someone criticizes them? Death threats!

Method B is calling the offender gay, because their mentality is stuck on the first grade level.

    •  and keep on (4.00)
reminding everyone that moral values = christianity is not always true.

Here is my LTE from yesterday's local paper on the subject.

      Flaunting faith

Regarding Rick Martinez's April 13 column "Have faith in governing":
My faith does not require that I chisel it in stone and erect a 10-ton monument to it. My faith recognizes that "moral values = religion = Christianity" is not always a true statement. My faith does not require that I publicly shame and exclude those who believe differently than I do. My faith does not need to throw its weight around.

My faith is something that shines from within. It is not threatened by questions or by people who believe differently. It does not need to be sanctioned by the government, nor bandied about by politicians for political gain. My faith is quiet and respectful and it leads me to distrust those who flaunt theirs or try to force it on others. My faith is not strengthened when it is entangled in politics.

Live your faith. Don't enforce it.

    •  Marching Orders (none)
Targeting Salazar to vote for the nuclear option is exactly what Focus On The Family has done (as diaried here). They called on supporters to flood Salazar's phonelines with complaints. Judging by his reaction, I'd say their plan has backfired.
