    Research biologists are pretty much in agreement that (beyond genetic malfunctions) cancer is pretty much caused by environmental toxins and radiation, which cause specific cell mutations that the body's immune system is unable to deal with.

    In other words -- cancer rates go up if people are exposed to these carcinogens.

    It seems to me that if the majority of Americans do not want protection and wish to increase their exposure to carcinogens -- they should be allowed to do so.

      I don't want some bad actor to be able to move into my neighborhood and release carcinogens. I choose to have my government, representing me, enforce that rule.

      Your method does NOT accomplish this.
