    I know that they've held them in Zuara and Misrata, but wasn't aware of elections in Benghazi at this time.

    I read somewhere that they were going to hold local elections in Tripoli in May, one month prior to the June national elections.  It'll sort of be a trial run for the national elections, I guess.  Seeing that 1/3 of the Libyan population live in greater Tripoli, that'l be a big deal.
