    The yellow regions in the image shown above are the proposed areas of development.

    Comparing proposed to existing, it looks like the upper yellow region on the proposed map is partially developed, and the lower yellow region in mostly open space. It seems that the Ag research fields will remain - it is my impression that this is where the occupy farm is...

    This makes sense, as this is the largest area, and probably has most recently been used for growing crops. It may very well be that this region is under no immediate danger of being developed...

    By the way, as far as development goes, there are several things that are done well as far as what has been proposed - a mix of uses being one.
