    Because it sounds like you're not a fan of the Senate version and because of that, you're fine with the House version getting passed.

      The Senate version preferred by the President would give the Homeland Security Department the primary role in overseeing domestic cybersecurity and the authority to set security standards.

        ...have never demonstrated a need for any of them. They're bills with no (non-corporate) constituency legislating a "solution in search of a problem".

        (Even worse is the fact that they view our freedom as a "problem" to "fix" in the 1st place.)
