    policy.  As long as their policies aren't totally insane (see, eg, Lee Optical) or clearly hostile to religion, then it's constitutional.

    At this point, BTW, I'm not making an argument; I'm simply stating facts about constitutional law.

      states that Congress better respects the Establishment clause by not taxing churches than by taxing them.

      Congress power to tax is not absolute; Exemption is the worst option besides the options worse than that.

      It seems curiosity has killed the cat that had my tongue.
