    golly gee...if only women were paid the same as men for doing the same work, fewer women would need government help.  if birth control were handed out like candy for free, fewer women would need government help.

    in short, if women hadn't been regarded as chattel until the latter part of the 20th century, fewer of us would need government help, you paternalistic, misogynist worm.
