    Ugh.   This is why the wingnutters call DKos "The Great Orange Satan."  ;)

    That's a person in those little zygote cells!!   A person, like, say, Chevron and Monsanto.   Personhood!  

    It's always been my view that it's all in the way the mother wants to perceive it.   It's either an unwanted parasite, or it's a precious new baby.  Which ever way the mother (and only the mother) feels towards the entity growing in her uterus is okay.  

    No one has the right to tell The Mother how she must regard that fertilized egg in her own body.  NO ONE.

    Therefore, if she considers it an unwanted "uterine parasite", well, then she gets to have medical assistance to safely remove it.   Period.  Done deal.

    If she considers the situation to be a joyful expectation of creating a new person, best wishes to her.   All society should help to create a nurturing milieu for this to be a successful decision.
