  •  After reading that article, I came away (34+ / 0-)

with the realization that Willard is mean. He had no remorse for any of these "pranks". Still today, that meaness shines through. It is no surprise he put that beautiful dog on the roof of his car, he did it because he was mean.
Much has been said about the President coming forward with his affirmation of gay marriage, and why he did it at this time. What come through to me is, the President is a kind man, he was always a kind person, and now as a man it is part of his character. I am sorry, the same is not true of Willard, he was always mean, and he will always be mean.
Just look at what he did at Bain, he had no remorse for firing people, he justified it because it made profits. Today he still says, "I like to fire people".
That intermal meaness, with his sense of priviledge, he should never be near the seat of power.
Teenage pranks are one thing, Romney's behavior was another. Like any other sociopath, there is no remorse at all.

has to do with the death of a neighbor's pet you might have take that sociopath designation up a level.  Not saying such a thing ever happened but then again whoda thunk mr. mitt would have abused his own dog or attacked a fellow student with a sharp instrument. I mean he's running for president "for pete's sake".

      Proud Democrat since 1960.

Not for the act, he's sorry he was caught.

      •  No remorse at all, not even for being caught. (0+ / 0-)

If you are to believe him, and that is nearly impossible, he didn't remember that incident. Which is even worse, if he didn't remember it, it was nothing out of the ordinary. The others involved remembered it, they at least had a conscience, not Willard.
So either he is lying again, or he is the meanest S.O.B. ever, where bullying incidents such as this one, has not registered in his priviledged brain.
I am going to be 67 in December, and I may forget what I had for breakfast, but my High School years are crystal clear, and there are some things I did that I would not like to remember, I was not kind to everyone, I wish I was, but that was not the way it was, and if I had it to do over, knowing what I know today, I would do it all differently. When you are young and foolish, you are young and foolish, and peer pressure is foremost. We all know that, except Willard.
