  •  I emailed them after the first diary. (8+ / 0-)

I got the auto response and nothing more.

Today, I logged on and checked my account status.  It says my account expired in February, BUT I had an automatic charge on my credit card in February as well.   And, if my account had expired, how was I able to log on? Does this 'promoter' of reliable business not have it's own credibility?

So not only are they bigoted enough to support Rush, they are crooked as well.

I promptly sent another email requesting a full refund since they claim on their own site that my account expired the same month they charged my credit card. I haven't heard from them yet.

I suppose I'll have to call them, and frankly, I absolutely detest talking to anyone, period, on the phone anymore.  What a colossal intrusion into a person's life to be forced to deal with them by phone.  I've posted a couple of positive reviews on their site for a couple of businesses I felt did a great job. Now I am disgusted that I helped promote their ability to under write someone like Rush.

I received a reply expressing regret that I didn't accept their marketing strategy and providing me with a full refund as requested.

Sad to see a company take the side of hatred and bigotry over the expressed opinions of their actual customers.
