  •  You should cover the real catfight in the (5+ / 0-)

State Senate District 25 between incumbent Jeff Wentworth and challenger Railroad Commission Chairwoman Elizabeth Ames Jones ('bagger?).
She's been hammering him over personal spending of taxpayer perk money, he has filed a defamation and slander suit , she is counter-suing  in response, amongst lots of other fur flying. They both have plenty of money.
I've heard a few blurbs about this white hot feud recently, their teevee ads have been nicely vicious for quite a while.
This is a real popcorn and pretzel battle as it's a safe (I guess) Repuke district covering northern portions of Bexar County, all of Comal, Guadalupe, Hays, and Kendall Counties, and portions of southern Travis County.
