    Watch out for those Mojave rattlers.  They are more poisonous than most species, and you can get in some serious trouble with a good bite.  I've read that Mojave rattlers and the tropical rattlesnake in southern Mexico and Central America are the two most toxic in the family, although a big diamondback might be more dangerous simply because of the volume of venom.
