But believing every word spoken by the defendants' attorney is not really something that a skeptical person should do. None of us really know shit about this. But there is no shortage here of people willing to believe whatever the defense is claiming because they know of numerous other cases where police lie and the defense is telling the truth. The problem is that such logic is very flawed. You pretty much could assume that all criminal defendants are innocent based on this level of bias.

And until a jury with all of the facts convicts them we should try to remember that.

Given this incident follows the same pattern of the "bomb plot" in Cleveland, I'm very skeptical of everything that's happening.

The FBI's paid informant used in the Cleveland case was very bad news, with an extensive criminal history. The FBI recruited him and paid him nearly $7,000 over a period of months to convince the local Occupy protestors to blow up a bridge.

A second FBI undercover agent then supplied the phony equipment and explosives for the operation.  One of the protestors was so frightened he tried to back out. He was threatened with violence if he didn't participate.  That information is on audiotape taken before May 1, the date of the supposed "bomb plot".
