    It requires the insurance companies who provide insurance to the employees and students of those institutions to "provide, or facilitate the provision of" such basic preventive health care as contraception.

    Actually, ACA does not even require insurance companies to "provide, or facilitate the provision of"...it only requires that insurance companies PAY for basic preventive health care, i.e., contraception.

        the Bishops are twisting the argument to imply that the institutions are somehow being forced to PROVIDE contraception without conceding that it is the insurance companies which would be mandated to PAY for preventive health care.

        The bishops are doing more than quibbling.
