  •  Most states have IDs for non-drivers (4+ / 0-)

    that are issued by the state motor vehicle department; when elderly people can no longer drive they'll switch to one of those so they have the picture ID required for airline travel or general ID. Heck, I have one myself because I don't drive. Those people will still be in the DMV's records.

    I still don't get how looking at the DMV records indicates whether someone is a non-citizen or not; can someone in Florida explain it?
