    It is stunningly stupid that some people ignore the obvious.
    It's the last gasp of the narrow, superstitious interpretation of the Bible.
    That's why it's desperate, and why it's latched onto the fossil fuel industry.

    You can't make this stuff up.

      (besides burying their heads in the sand)  is very selective denying of facts and science.

      I also really hate the "it will cost too much" argument that is put forth from skeptics (who are separate from deniers).  What that means is that future generations will be facing exponentially worse issues with exponentially more expense.

      Here is an excellent article - about Ocean "Climate Change" which is, perhaps, even more significant and dire that atmospheric climate change.  It is a long read but worth it.
