Refused to be further embarassed by Orly Taitz!

I personally like the California primary system.  I think that it is one way to respond to the birthers, the tea party idiots and the extremists of all persuasions.  It gives all voters an opportunity to listen and observe all candidates and then to select from the two most popular.

I wish more states would follow the California system.

who have to explain to elderly parents though -- I let my spouse do the honors with his mother (eldest son/heir and all that) when he went to pick up her absentee ballot (we dropped it off yesterday when we went to vote).

... to allow "moderate" incumbent Republicans to fight off the Tea Party types in districts that are deep Red. If they lose in June, they are still on the ballot in November, when Dems will vote for them.

      •  I'm not sold on it, but if it results in our leg (0+ / 0-)

being able to finally pass budgets with a tax increase by the votes of a few more moderate repubs, that would be great. I doubt that will happen, but if it does, I'll like this system more.

24/7, it's all 'Great news for Romney!'
