    latitude to what information they consider sensitive. If it can be proven that they deliberately classified certain information b/c it was damaging to them or for a similar reason, it may be considered a crime. However, if they simply broadly classified a lot of information that's not criminal.

    Revealing classified information is a crime even if it doesn't involve espionage.
