We've got a lot of converts.  If you're proposing shunning or purging all non-lifelong Democrats, then you'll find that we'll be in the wilderness for years to come.

      Markos or David Brock.

      Something has always been...off...with him.

the highest visibility and most success on the left. I've always found this interesting. There are some exceptions but not many.

    •  No, i'm not proposing anything of the sort. (0+ / 0-)

My point was....Ed has always held conservative views, whether he calls himself a Republican or a Democrat. He never seems to think about the implications of his actions....like agreeing with Sean Hannity against his listener's/watcher's. Do we need him on the air? Of course we do, it doesn't mean he shouldn't be made to answer for saying stupid shit. He has a thin skin, always has, and for someone in media to get antsy every time a listener/watcher has a bone to pick....he should rethink his job. Randi Rhodes goes thru a lot of crap, she's smarter than Ed, her show is more entertaining, and funnier and she can take criticism. Ed can't. I used to have to listen to him in the early 90's as part of my job. His politics have changed, he hasn't
