..you use a bunch of F-bombs to express your anger at the lack of civility in the media.

I realize right wingers don't do irony.  But since you are not a right winger, I hope you are getting the irony here.

You remind me of Jon Stewart who is always pimping his civil tone doctrine, yet allows unhinged right wingers to appear on his show & spread unchallenged propaganda.

As far as Hannity & Shultz:   Who gives a shit.

I, like the vast majority of Americans,  find both of them utterly unwatchable.

    •  Where did I say anything (0+ / 0-)

      about lack of civility?
      I didn't.
What I said was Schultz is throwing a bunch of people under the bus whose side he should be on.

      •  You carpet bombed.. (0+ / 0-)

...Boss Limbaugh with the F word.

You voiced regret you are not more articulate when it comes to expressing your hatred of Cenk Uygur.

Though there is more, I'll stop there, because this is not what your diary is about.

I really don't know why you are suprised Shultz & Hannity are willing to forge this pact.

Shultz & Hannity are loyal corporate businessmen before they are anything else.

They are aware their big mouths can cause damage, & they want to join forces to create a bulwark against that damage.

You know what Fixed News & MSNBC call that?  A typical day at the office.

"Because what I REALLY disagree with is the cheapening of the discourse . . ."

i guess we were equating the cheapening of discourse with a lack of civility.

disagreeing isnt "throwing a bunch of people under the bus." this is the problem with rigid doctrinaire thinking: if you disagree with us, you are AGAINST us. its not like the practice of boycotting over opinions we disagree with is the central plank of the progressive movement. ed schultz disagrees with the way some people handle their disagreements with other people. wow!!!!! release the hounds!!!!
