    clean-up of a one mile stretch of highway. But, I sure would watch 'em. And if they didn't keep their stretch of the highway clean, the media would be notified and they would be out of here.  

    The only reason the Klan asked to sponsor the mile of highway is to be provocative. After a few months of picking up roadside trash, they likely will drop out of "sponsorship."

      some fastfood bags out ones window, if one wanted to be obnoxious. I imagine that littering isn't protected speech, though.
