    The Syrian government is imploding. Soon Assad will have no army with which to wag war against his own people or anyone else.

    Russia has done what it can to forestall  this inevitable outcome but terror only takes you so far.

    Bashar al-Assad has plumed the depths of it and he has come up short.

    I don't think he will last out the week.

      be chaos. Even Egypt, which seemed to get rid of Mubarak peacefully (relatively speaking) is in turmoil.

      This may have been the excuse for letting these corrupt regimes go on for so long - when they go down, it gets very ugly.

      Kind of like what will happen here in November after the Rs lose, without the blood, guts, torture and massive deaths.
