    Full time Spanish and
    half time music/half time art?

I think it would be easier to find certified spanish teachers who could also become certified in art and music than a music teacher who could become certified in art.  Regardless, part time art and part time music teachers are going tobe hard to ind.

They should have done it as I suggested: a full-time Spanish teacher and two half-time teachers for art and music.

The dedication and number of hours of content study it takes to get certified in art or music means that it has to be a career ambition in itself.

Some people want to work part time. Others will take a part time job while looking for a full-time job, or in the hope that in the future it might become full-time (which happens). It is unlikely they will find someone who fits their qualifications.
