    When the pill first became readily available on college campuses it was only about 97% effective - and before Roe. I started explaining to the guys who couldn't understand why sex was not an option "There is no such thing as being 3% pregnant."

    In the argument about it being a business decision, there is no reason the price can't reflect the cost. It isn't quite the same as not carrying every BP med, etc. in stock. If the incidence is that rare, all they need is one or two doses. If they have to buy 15, they can adjust the price. Hospital pharmacies even limit their formularies to a manageable cross section.
