    make a political decision, and that it would be to uphold the law.

    Because if you poll on the law in a whole, Obamacare, people are not in favor of it or at best 50-50.

    But if you poll on the biggest individual parts of the law, people are clearly in favor for them. The right knew it could bitch like crazy about the law, but didn't really want to overturn it. Because it would be taking health care away from people who needed it and favored it.

    Can't have too much reality coming into play in Republican-land. They don't fare well under reality. Much better to scream and cry about how bad it is than actually get rid of it.

      ...but I seriously doubt the right would be worried at all about taking health care away from people who need it.  That is  BONUS to a lot of them!

        But making people see how they benefited from the law and then actually losing those benefits... That's dangerous to the Republican party.

        Better to just yell socialism and unconstitutional without really doing anything.
